6 | Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product in its new and resaleable condition within 14 days and we will send you a replacement or refund you the purchase price (excluding P&P). Please include your name and address in any correspondence.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of 7 days which starts when you recieve your goods. During this period you may return goods in saleable condition for any reason whatsoever. This notice shall be deemed to fulfil Wheeldale Woolcrafts obligation to inform you of your rights, and all orders will be accepted on the understanding that you have been so informed.

7 | Delivery

Please allow upto 21 days for delivery, the will allow plenty of time for the unforseen and the majority of orders arrive well within this time. Wheeldale Woolcrafts aims to dispatch all orders within 3 working days and please allow 5-7 days for Royal Mail to deliver your order.
