Our hand blended batts, made from our own hand dyed wool, are ideal for creating stripey sock yarns. The batts are a blend of Shetland, Blue Faced Leicester or Merino wool.
Once Blended Batts. All blended from our hand dyed Shetland tops, each is individually processed, weighs 30g and can be used for spinning and feltmaking. Batts can be spun by dividing the batt into lengthways strips, stretched out into a long length like a roving or spun from the corner.
