Our hand blended batts, made from our own hand dyed wool, are ideal for creating stripey sock yarns. The batts are a blend of Shetland, Blue Faced Leicester or Merino wool.
Our blended batts are individually processed, weighs 30g and can be used for spinning and feltmaking. Batts can be spun by dividing the batt into lengthways strips, stretched out into a long length like a roving or spun from the corner. They can also be used for felt making.
